The Action aims to:

- Enhance the extroversion and optimize the Greek participation in international and European R & T networking processes, involving them in dynamic and high-tech business, fulfilling our national obligations in European policies

- Concentrate the efforts and resources available, in research topics of major interest to the two co-operating countries, which are important for society and the economy and in line with the priorities of the National Strategy for RTD for Smart Specialization

- The development of new knowledge - including new technologies  in order to improve the competitiveness of the Greek economy and meet important social and environmental needs

- The penetration of innovations in new markets
