The Program consists of providing incentives for energy saving interventions and enhancing energy autonomy in the residential building sector, with the aim of reducing energy needs and the consumption of conventional fuels, pertaining to the transition to a "Smart Home".

Budget

896.75 million euros.

The total Public Expenditure of the Program amounts to 692 million euros from EPAnEK (of which the budget of 92 million euros concerns resources of the "Energy Efficiency Fund of Funds II"), 34 million euros from National Resources and 170.75 million euros from Regional Operational Programs.

The Action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and from national resources.
