The Programme provides incentives with grants or/and subsidized loans for energy saving modifications of households, aiming at energy need reduction.

Budget:  275,01 million euros

The application process will be activated in the following order:

- Eastern Macedonia - Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly and Western Greece: from 16/09/2019

- Western Macedonia, Ionia, Central Greece, Peloponnese, North Aegean, Crete: from 19/09/2019

- Attica, South Aegean: from 23/09/2019
