The Programme provides incentives with grands or/and subsidized loans for energy shaving modifications at households, aiming at energy need reduction.

Budget: 600.06 mil. Euros. The funds come from EPAnEK with 555.7 m euros and the Regional Operational Programs with 44.36 m euros.

The programme will be active as long as there are available funds and by no means beyond 31/12/2021.
