The individual enterprise of private tutoring for positive and theoretical sciences "Know Thyself" was implemented in the context of the first cycle of the Action "Enhancing the Self-employment of Graduates of the Higher Education" of the OP Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPANEK).

The project budget amounted to 25,000 euros and the investment took place in the region of Central Macedonia in the city of Thessaloniki.

The main objectives of the project are to reduce unemployment by creating new jobs and to strengthen self-employment in a subject related to the beneficiary's academic field. At the same time, the project includes the coverage of the operating expenses of the company such as rent, DEKO expenses, accounting monitoring, depreciation of fixed equipment, insurance contributions, supply of consumables.

Criteria that make the proposed project a good practice are the activation of the target population, the improvement of the competitiveness of the local economy, the proven strengthening of entrepreneurship, the creation / maintenance of quality jobs and the operation of the company as a model for similar actions in another geographical area/organizational environment.
