 In the context of the presentation as a successful practice of the Business Participation Fund (EquiFund) by fi-compass, a brief interview was held with Deputy Minister of Development Mr. Yiannis Tsakiris, where the successful so far course of EquiFund and the role of this particular financial tool in the development of innovative enterprises in Greece were presented, while mentioning how these enterprises responded to the pandemic crisis. It also commented on the broader role and the way financial instruments of this type should be designed by the Member States of the European Union in order to operate efficiently under international market conditions. Fi-compass is a platform of the European Commission and the European Investment Bank, which presents the financial instruments of the European Structural and Investment Funds and consultancy services for them.
